Royal Mail, wishes to inform the designated operators of other Union member countries that, owing to technical issues, its tracking event processing system is currently unavailable; therefore, it is currently unable to send or receive EMSEVT messages.
Royal Mail expects EMSEVT messages to start flowing again on Thursday evening for new items. It will then start re-sending backlogged messages, which may take a further few days.
It should be noted that only the tracking details for tracked and registered products are affected, with no physical delay in item processing.
